I would like to share some steps to help you resolve the issue with your missing mileage data, Cpoitras.
If this data was previously available, I recommend signing in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a web browser to check for records from September 19 to November 3. If you find your mileage, we can proceed with updating your QBO app. But if you cannot locate the data, I suggest contacting our support team for further assistance.
However, if the data is absent, it may indicate a configuration issue that prevented your device from recording trips during that timeframe. If you have a record of your trips, I recommend manually entering your mileage.
