I can walk you through adding your items and grouping them, accountsorbis.
You can create and keep track of your products in QuickBooks Online Plus. If you haven't yet, you can follow the steps below on how to turn on the inventory tracking option.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- Select Sales from the left menu and select the Products and services section.
- Check the Show Product/Service column on sales forms box.
- Turn on both Track quantity and price/rate and Track inventory quantity on hand.
- Select Save and then Done.
To start creating an item, here's how:
- Click Sales from the menu and go to the Product and Services tab.
- At the upper-right, click New and select the type of product.
- Create each raw material first.
- Enter the needed information.
- Click Save and close.
Then, create a bundle to combine or group them. For transferring your stock, I'd suggest reaching out to an accountant so they can advise your which transaction and account to use.
