Hi All,
Please guide if one may get extension in the trial period? If not then how many free trial is allowed by QB support? Right now I am using trial period 2nd time (after the end of 1st trial period). But due to parallel tasks with the testing of QBO, its not possible for me to finalize the testing in this/2nd trial period. No may I get another/3rd Trial Period of 30 days as the current trial period will end in couple of days.
Actually I also have an email from support in this regard:
From: [email address removed] [[email address removed]]
Sent: 11/13/2018 9:27 PM
To: [email address removed]
Subject: Extend Trial Period
"...Please be informed that the system only offers 30 free trial and that doesn't have any extensions..."
Now please confirm that the policy stated in above/referenced email is same or there is any update? I mean is there any update to have extension in the trial period. Because this will help to continue the working without re-start of the work from scratch.
Kindly reply in detail.
Regards,
Abdul Rehman.
Hello, Abdul Rehman.
Yes, the information provided by the support team is correct. There isn’t a way to extend a free trial subscription. Thirty days is the longest period provided by Intuit for customers to confirm if they need the product.
Also, we don’t have a specific number as to how many times you can subscribe to the free trial. You can always attempt for a third time if there’s something else you need to test.
Visit us here again if you have other clarifications.
Hi MikiD,
Thanks for your confirmation for having opportunity to have third attempt for testing the product.
Regards,
Abdul Rehman.
hi @Abdul Rehman ,
If you need more time exploring QBO, utilize the trial period of a 3rd party backup tool. Use the Copy feature to migrate the data between accounts.

Dear Mr. Rahman,
Can you please advise me how to extend trial period for first time of quickbook online.
Thanks
Monir
Let me share some overview regarding your subscirption, monir earth.
QuickBooks Online only offers a free-trial subscription for a month. After that, you'll have a read-only access to your data for a year. Unless, you resubscribe to your subscription.
If you didn't resubscribe within a year, your data will be completely deleted from our system. You can use this link for reference: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
If you still need help regarding the extension of your trial period, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can review your account and provide further assistance regarding this matter.
Feel free to drop by again if you need anything else. Have a great day!
Dear James,
Thanks for your quick reply. Actually it would be a great help if you can help me to give another one month extend of trial period so that i can check some of the option for future purchase of quickbook.
If you can not do anything from your side please give me the mail id of quickbook online team.
And i did not find the live chat option in quickbook online also.
Thanks
Monir
As far as I know, company doesn't offer any extend trial period. You may open a new trial account and migrate data from your current one by using a migration tool.
