You might contact our chat support team before or beyond their support hours that's why the chat option isn't available. Please know that the availability of our chat support team is from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, M-F, India Standard Time (IST).

 

Here's how to contact our chat support team:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chatbox, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
  4. Select Contact Us.
  5. Choose Start a chat with a support expert.
