At the time of transaction report ph. no not shown @ ledger report

Hello, @utpaltradersbls2.

Depending on the report you're viewing, there are several possible reasons why you're unable to view your transactions. It's possible that the transactions you've downloaded were recorded somewhere. Transactions that are not categorized into a specific account, either go to Uncategorized Income or Uncategorized Expenses.

Here's how to search for your missing transactions:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu.
  2. Choose the Chart of Accounts tab.
  3. Enter Uncategorized Income or Uncategorized Expenses in the search field.
  4. Click the Run report link.
  5. Look for your missing transaction on the report.

Also, you can check on your Bank Register and see if it's filtered for a specific date of transactions. Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, select Accounting.
  2. Choose the Chart of Accounts tab.
  3. Locate the bank account from which transactions are missing.
  4. From the Action column, select View register.
  5. Sort the register by the entries in the Date column.
  6. Select the Filter icon, above the Date column.
  7. From the Reconcile Status drop-down menu, choose All.
  8. Select Apply.
