Company logo uploaded but not showing when downloading or emailing Reports

I have uploaded my logo successfully and it shows up when I am trying to customise a report - see below.

However the logo disappears when I print/email/download this or other reports. See below.

I have tried fixes mentioned across the forum like using a private browser, clearing my cache, using another browser and re-uploading my logo file. Nothing works. How do I fix this?

I appreciate you for sharing detailed information on your concern, @rajatnarula.

 

Currently, we have an open investigation regarding the logo not visible when exporting the report through PDF. We have escalated this unexpected behavior, and our engineers are continuously working to implement a fix.

 

For now, we're unable to provide you an estimated turn around time when the investigation will be closed. I'd suggest giving us a call so and provide the investigation number INV-53073, so we can add you to the list of affected users. We'll let you know via email or by tagging you here as soon as the issue is resolved.

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Provide the INV number in the description column, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select between Start Messaging or Get a callback.

 

As a workaround, let's export the report through excel and add the logo from there so you can save the report as a PDF.

 

  1. Select Reports.
  2. Search for and select the report you want to export.
  3. At the top of the report, select the Export icon. Then select Export to Excel.
  4. Add the logo and necessary details.
  5. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.

 

We've also reduced our support hours to 6 A.M. - 6 P.M. PT Monday - Friday and some products will only have chat support due to COVID-19. Rest assured, we'll resume our normal hours as soon we get through with this situation.
