Entries saved not reflecting in reports

I'd like to help you find the transactions, accounts406.


What specific report are you running? To see all transactions in a report, let's make sure to set the date. 


You can also customise reports the reports by following these steps:


  1. Go to Report on the left panel.
  2. Type the report name in the search field.
  3. Set the Date and click the Customise button.
  4. Click Filter and select the transactions you want to view.
  5. Hit the Run report button.

If you're still unable to find the transactions, let's try to refresh the page by pressing F5 on your keyboard. This helps to refresh the page. 


Go run the report again and find the transactions. Otherwise, open your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito or private browser. This mode doesn't save your browsing history.


You can use the keyboard shortcuts below: 


  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Run the report again. If you're able to see the transactions, log in to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache resolves common issues like missing data or errors. Please make sure to restart your browser afterwards.


On the other hand, use a different supported browser to check if you're getting the same issue.
