HELLO TEAM, We have subscribed the professional version with $31 monthly, as we need the project wise accounting so kindly able us to use project wise entries.

I'm happy to see you here in the Community, @mboulos-phiadver.

I can walk you through on how you can turn on projects in QuickBooks Online, so you can apply them to your transactions.

Turning on the Projects feature on your account can be done in just a few clicks.

Here's how:

  1. Click on the Gear icon at the top menu bar.
  2. Select on Company Settings.
  3. Go to the Advanced tab.
  4. Find the Projects section and tick on Edit ✎ to expand it.
  5. Hit on the Organise all job-related activity in one place checkbox.
  6. Press on Save and close your settings.

Once done, you can now start creating your projects by following these steps below:

  1. Tick on the Projects menu at the left pane.
  2. Select on New Project.
  3. Enter the project name.
  4. Choose the customer you’re working for from the drop-down menu.
  5. Add any notes or details about the project.
  6. Hit on Save.

To guide you in adding projects on your transactions, you may refer to this link: Learn how to use Projects to track project income, expenses, and profitability.
