I've replicated your concern and I'm able to see the reports and suppliers menu on the QuickBooks mobile application.
To isolate this unexpected behavior, let's ensure to log in as the Company or Master admin of your QBO account. This way, you can access all the info within your company. However, if your the master admin and the issue persist, I'd suggest clearing the cache in your QuickBooks app to refresh the connection.

Then close and reopen the app to check if that works. If still get the same result, let's uninstall and reinstall the app to start on a clean slate.
