To start, let's open your QuickBooks Online Account using a private window or incognito mode on your browser.
Below are the shortcut keys you can use depending on your browser type:
- Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge - press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Firefox - press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari - press Command + Shift + N
Once done, let's try to pull up your VAT report again. If this works, you can go back to your regular browsing window and clear cache to have a clean slate.
If the issue persists, I suggest you use another supported browser. It could be that your browser has temporary issues while browsing QuickBooks.
