How can I print a report of an account with attachments?

Hi there, info1049.

 

Currently, there's no option in QuickBooks Online to print an account with attachments. 

 

For now, we can only print a report with a different list of accounts. You can also customize this report before printing.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Reports at the left panel.
  2. Go to the search icon and type, Account List report.
  3. Use the basic filters at the top of the report to adjust things like the report dates.
  4. Click the Customise button to open the customization window. From there, you can start customizing your report.
  5. Hit the Run report button.
  6. Click the Print icon.
  7. Select the Print button. Then, Print.

QuickBooks also has an Attachment feature that lets you add attachments to customer and supplier profiles. You can also attach their transactions and download them to one folder and save them on your hard drive. This allows for more organised record-keeping.
