HOW TO CREATE A STATEMENT OF PARTY WHERE DEBIT & CREDIT BOTH TRANSACTIONS ARE THERE

Hi there, @visionpowersyste.

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the Community page. I can help you with preparing a statement of party in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QBO has a built-in feature that allows you to send statements that display your customer's invoices, payments, credits, and balances. When your customers have outstanding invoices, you can send them a customer statement as a gentle reminder about upcoming deadlines. To learn more about all of these, you can check out this link: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, if you want to view your customer debit and credit transactions, then you run the Transaction List by Date report and get the customization needed.

Here's how:

  1. Open your QBO account, then head to the Reports tab.
  2. Look for Transaction List by Date, then click on it to open.
  3. From the report's page, select Customize.
  4. Filter the report's period, select Customer under Group by, and choose the customer's name under Filter.
  5. Hit on the Run report button to refresh the page.

You can tap on the envelope icon if you need to email the report to your customer. To print or export the information, select the print or export icon.

For additional tips when running and customizing reports in QuickBooks, you can open this link: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Also, here's an article you can read more about saving the report's customization settings: Memorise reports in QuickBooks Online.
