QBO has multiple ways of importing transactions. One of these is to import an Excel file, but for now, it is limited to Customers, Suppliers, Accounts, and Product and Services.
I'd suggest looking for a third-party app so you can import your journal entries to QuickBooks. You can check our Apps Center that can integrate with the program.
