I encounter problem with Custom Report

I'd love to help you get this custom reports issue sorted out. However, allow me to ask some questions to better narrow down this matter. 


May I know what specific report are you trying to customize and what is the problem that you've encountered? Any further details would be a greathelp to fix this hurdle.


If you've received an error message, I recommend accessing your account on a private window and customize the report from there. 


Web-based platforms like QBO gathers cache files (cookies) to save you time when loading repetitive data and images. These files can often become outdated or corrupted, causing unexpected behavior in the system.


You can open a Private Window in all supported browsers using the corresponding keyboard shortcut below:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

If it works fine, you can now go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This eliminates unnecessary cache files and refreshes your data.
