I may not able to open trail balance......?

I'm here to ensure you're able to open the report, userashok-kumar.

Let's perform basic troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue. The stored cache may be affecting the program's performance resulting in unexpected behavior.

To start, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This helps us determine there's an issue with the browser.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

After signing in, pull up the report again. If you're able to open it,  let's clear the cache of your browser. This removes the stored cache so QuickBooks will function effectively.

If private browsing doesn't work, I'd suggest using different browsers. They'll provide you the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks. For more details, please see this article: System Requirements for QuickBooks.

Here's an article that'll provide a few ideas and steps in personalising your financial reports: Customise Reports in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you can visit and read through the steps outlined in this article so you can save a report after changing its columns and filters: Memorise Reports.

I encourage getting back to us if you have concerns or questions about running reports in QuickBooks.
