You can add your bank account to show your transactions in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account from the Banking menu.
Follow the steps below:
- Go to the Banking menu and select the Banking tab.
- Click on Connect Account or the Add account or Link account on the page that appears.
- Follow the onscreen steps to connect and complete the process.

After getting those bank statements or transactions, you can now categorise them. Check the following guide on how to categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
