I can help you run your Profit and Loss Report.
Before we start troubleshooting, I'd like to clarify how you recorded your purchases. The Profit and Loss report displays your income, expenses, and net income (profit or loss). It is also called an income statement.
If you used a purchase order in recording your purchases, the amount will not post since it's a non-posting transaction. If you use checks or expenses in keeping track of your purchases and amounts are not showing correctly, stored cache files might have caused the issue.
Please access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via an incognito/private browser to verify if it's a browser issue or not. Then, try to access any reports from there. To use a private browser, here’s how:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works, we’ll need to clear your browser’s cache to optimize the browser’s performance and your QBO experience. If you get the same result while using an incognito/private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
