Hi there, @9130348940897566.

I'm here to ensure that you'll be able to turn on the Class feature in QuickBooks Online so you can start tracking them.

In QuickBooks Online Plus, you'll be able to turn on the Class Tracking functionality and utilize it to represent different parts of your company. Since you're unable to do so, I recommend accessing your account using a private window. In doing this, make sure that you have the admin user access

If it works fine, you may go back to your regular web-browser and clear its cache. Sometimes the collected cache files on your browser may lead to unexpected behavior in the system like not seeing the option to turn on Classes. Eliminating them can help fix the programs' performance issues.

Here's an article that provides the complete steps to be taken in turning on the class tracking feature an on how to set up your class list: Learn how to turn on class tracking in QuickBooks Online Plus.

Once you're all set, you can now assign classes to your transactions and pull reports that contains these entries. I recommend checking out these resources attached to guide you in this procedure:

You can always get back to me here if you have any other questions about this or with QuickBooks. Have a wonderful day!
