Resubscription not happening, plz guide

To renew your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, you may refer to these steps:

 

  1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right.
  2. Select Your Account under Your Company. 
  3. Click Subscribe or Renew to the right of Subscription Status.
  4. A subscription renewal screen will open. If you already have an activation code, select that option and follow the instructions.
  5. Add the Billing Address details and check the Terms and Condition checkbox.
  6. Tick Continue or Make Payment.
  7. Choose the payment option and follow the instructions to complete the renewal.

 

If you're still unable to do so, try signing into your QBO using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
