To renew your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, you may refer to these steps:
- In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right.
- Select Your Account under Your Company.
- Click Subscribe or Renew to the right of Subscription Status.
- A subscription renewal screen will open. If you already have an activation code, select that option and follow the instructions.
- Add the Billing Address details and check the Terms and Condition checkbox.
- Tick Continue or Make Payment.
- Choose the payment option and follow the instructions to complete the renewal.
If you're still unable to do so, try signing into your QBO using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.
Here's how:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
- Control + Option + P (Safari).
If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
