Hi there, @acc.insliu.
Did you see any error messages while accessing your VAT report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for Ireland?
If so, can you share it with me? This way, I can provide you the right steps in addressing the issue.
In the meantime, let's run some basic troubleshooting steps. This will help us identify if the concern is cache-related.
Sometimes too much cache accumulated in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. This can be the reason why you're unable to open the report.
To start, use a private browser to access your account in QuickBooks. It is also known as InPrivate in Internet Explorer and Incognito mode in Google Chrome. This browser mode doesn't record the browsing activity on your local device. You can access this by pressing the following keys:
If you're able to open the VAT reports, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. You can also use another supported browser to access your account. The issue might steam from the browser itself.
If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate what's causing this issue.
