When i go trial balance i need trial balance for one year not all year

No worries! You can customize the filters on your Trial Balance report to show your desired period which is one year. I'd be happy to show you how to do it below:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Enter Trial Balance in the search field.
   
3. Click the Report period drop-down and select the correct period (This Year or Last Year).
4. Hit Run report.
