Amount paid but QB not updated

Thanks for posting, @taxation-aurexla.

 

I'll be glad to assist you today. To clarify, is this a customer payment? Any additional information will help me provide a timely resolution to your concern. 

 

However, if you're referring to customer payments, this will be deposited every 3:00 PM PST within 2-7 banking days to hit your bank account. You can also check the status of processed payments from QuickBooks Online.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu and then tap the Deposits tab.
  2. Select the bank deposit you want to review.

 

You'll see each payment that's part of the daily deposit. It also shows related processing fees as separate transactions. If there's an issue with a payment, it won't show up in a daily deposit. You should receive an email from Intuit if there's ever an issue. Check your email settings if you don't see any messages from us.
