I'm here to answer your first post about managing user access roles in QuickBooks Online.
As an insight, QuickBooks Online allows you to specify user access rights to any of your users. Since you don't want your sales agent to change the prices of services, you'll want to consider choosing a read-only access type of user for him/her.
This user type is only allowed to view the reports and lists excluding the Audit Log, Payroll reports, and contact information. While they're not allowed to view and modify an actual transaction.

Once done, ask the user to sign out and sign in again into QuickBooks Online to see the updates.
