Did you receive an error prompt or what happens when you try to reactivate your account? Any information about it will help me provide the correct steps.
It can possibly be that your regular browser stored too many files that caused the unexpected behavior within the system. We can try renewing your account through a private (incognito) browser. To open one, you can use these keyboard shortcuts:
