Thanks for dropping by the Community, @usernikhil-bargale.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can track multiple companies with our Location Tracking feature, providing you have only one GSTIN. Since you have a different GSTIN for the other one, you’ll need a separate subscription to accurately track your business.

For detailed instructions on how to subscribe, please refer to these steps:

  1. In your browser, enter this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/, then select your country.
  2. Choose the appropriate product. For example, Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus.
  3. Select Start Free Trial or Buy Now.
  4. On the next screen, you’ll get the option to either continue to create a free trial or buy now for a discounted price.
  5. Since you already have an account with Intuit, select Add another company.
  6. Enter your Email Address (User ID) and Password.
  7. Choose Add new company.

If you want to learn more about setting up a new QBO company, please visit this article: Create or add another company in QuickBooks Online.

Reach out to me in the comment section below if you have additional questions or concerns. I'll be more than happy to help. Have a wonderful day!

@usernikhil-bargale

One QBO account is for one company file. If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 3 months. If you purchase from the Trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.
