I'll guide you on where to record your employee's pay, Juisabo. 

Generally, businesses choose to use payroll software over manual processing so it can work out payroll calculations and deductions faster, generate accurate payslips, and calculate bonuses, expenses, and holiday pay. For now, QuickBooks Online (QBO) International version doesn't include the payroll functionality. 

As a workaround, use a journal entry to record payroll manually. To do so, I've added this article for detailed steps:

1. Click + New.
2. Select  Journal Entry.
   
3. Under Date, choose the payroll payment(s) date.
4. (Optional) Input Entry # for the journal entry.
5. Pick Make Recurring.
   
6. Enter a memorable Template Name and set the Template Type to Unscheduled; select Save Template.
7. Hit Save.

However, I still recommend reaching out to your accountant about what accounts you can use for your employees' earnings. Aside from that, they can also give you other options on how you can record payroll.
