How can I get my employee w2 saved or converted to csv so I can get a efw2 file for state filing purposes.

If you use QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, QuickBooks Online Payroll Premium, or QuickBooks Online Payroll Elite, your state W-2s are automatically filed with your federal W-2s. Refer to this article: File your W-2 and W-3 forms.
