I am trying to chat with helpdesk. I got connected to the chat box, however I cannot type anything in the box and why there is no one from QB contacted me?

The chat business hours may be off when you tried contacting us. Our Chat support team is available every Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. Then, every Saturday between 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST. If you're using the QuickBooks Online Advanced version, you can contact them any time and any day.

Choose Contact Us.
Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box.
