I would like to know wether rcm of month of Dec 20 is showing in GSTR 3B - Section 4 A. ITC available -5 all other ITC in month of JAN 21 .

Let me share something about GSTR3B.

 

Section 4.A.5 All other ITC shows the transactions that do not have a Reverse Charge. This section reports all other ITC that is not included under sections (1) and (2) of section 4.A. 

 

Please check the GSTR3B (GSTR 3B) report in QuickBooks. This will explain more how to fill out this form.

 

Additionally, you'll want to seek some help from your accountant so they can further assist you with the said form.
