It seems like you're using a third-party POS system since we don't offer this in other regions, aside from the US. I would suggest checking your setup or tax mapping. There might be a setting that you need to adjust. You can contact the POS provider to get help about it.
In QuickBooks Online, as long as you can use the tax rates when creating transactions, your setup is fine.
On the other hand, you can find references for taxes by checking the Help Articles page and going to Tax.
