I am see the same thing sometimes, @CarlaMurillo.  I try to give them a good hand holding along the way and then remind them to do what they do best and be paid more than what they pay me to do it.  Some people never change, however.  

I am starting to think I should charge more for the messy ones.  Doubt I could add a zero though.
