It's Finance Friday! Did you Raise Your Rates & Your Revenue KPIs Too?
So this week we have focused on raising your rates ethically and elegantly. How did it go? Did you offer a higher rate to a new client? Did you send letters notifying existing clients about a rate increase in January? If the answer is YES, then HIGH FIVE!! If the answer is not yet, there's no shame in your game, but you have to promise to put a plan in place by the end of the next week! #pinkyswear!
And just think about it for a minute... How amazing will it feel when you increase your profit and income by 5-20% JUST because you started charging what you are worth. No email marketing, no social media posting, and NO SALES CALLS required! Pretty awesome right?
So if you haven't raised your rates for new clients or designed a plan for existing clients, put this on the top of your list because if you don't, all that low hanging fruit will start to rot and fall to the ground when if you'd taken action, it would have fallen right into your "New Revenue This Week" KPI basket!
