As I reflect back on the last year growing both my accounting firm and my QuickBooks Application, there has been one major part of marketing that I have continued to struggle with, creating a click funnel.

 

For others that may not be familiar with the term, a click funnel (also known as a sales funnel) refers to the process that leads a potential customer step by step through the purchasing process.  

 

There are many different acronyms that are used for this such as 

 

Stranger           (100,000 impressions)

Lead                  (10,000 leads)

Opportunity     (1,000 opportunities)

Purchaser         ( 70 purchases)

Evangelist         (1 Evangelist)

 

As you get closer and closer to Evangelist the total addressable market continues to shrink as you really nurture the lead into a buying customer.

 

While I feel I have a vary good understanding of the fundamentals of click funnel or sales funnel, I have found it to be difficult to design and create the actual process. I would love to learn how to effectively design the process through the use of social media marketing, email campaigns, video, and any other form of content creation that should be used to result in an increase in total sales revenue.

Hi Julie:

 

I would love love to know how you coordinate a virtual team to work cohesively and honestly.  What processes can you align so that you get your best bang for the buck when working with a team that is not in your office that you are in charge of?

 

Specifically, I currently have 4 bookkeepers on staff and a virtual assistant team working for me.  All have the skills to do the job.  But when I review the work and timeframe, not all performed at the same pace.

 

1.   How do I change what I am doing to encourage enthusiasm around the work? 

2.  Should I make it commissioned-based so they feel more ownership?

3.  How can I make each job more profitable or as profitable as my best team member?

 

I will probably have more questions, but here is a start.  😊 #team #management #profit
