I recently upgraded to 2019 per my 2016 critical notice and did not download it right away in order to do a backup and not lose anything in case of emergency. Now I am having trouble finding how to download and may have changed my License incorrectly. Been on hold for over ten minutes for validation code and have a time crunch ahead for payroll.
