Customer Billing email address


At the moment we can only store one email address for a customer.

As we are dealing with large business, we tend to have contacts for sales (i.e. estimates, order confirmations, delivery information) and also separate addresses for invoicing/statements.

Therefore it would be useful to have a separate invoicing/statement email address, potentially together with the Billing Address segment in the Customer information.

I can see how important it is for you to be able to enter multiple email addresses for your customer contacts in QuickBooks Online. 


Currently, you can enter multiple email addresses in the email field of the customer panel by separating with a comma. These will then auto populate in the Customer email/To field when creating a transaction with that customer selected (where you can delete any not needed). 


For further email options, please submit feedback to our Product team by selecting the Settings wheel and then Feedback in QuickBooks.
