<P>I run a small organization that manages a handful of grants, and each grant has very specific reporting procedures, so I depend heavily on classes.&nbsp; In 2016, Quickbooks sold me a product that had more than enough classes, allowed me to establish my business/accounting procedures, and now says I am over the new class limit and that my account will be suspended at the end of the month if I don't pay Quickbooks more money.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>This behavior is criminal, and it's extortion.&nbsp; I don't need any new features Quickbooks has to offer, I don't need any additional limit usage (other than classes), or any online payment options.&nbsp; I simply need the plan I signed up for in 2016.&nbsp; If Quickbooks thinks I'm going to pay them any additional money, or delete any classes, then they are incorrect.&nbsp; I will happily take my business elsewhere.&nbsp;&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Quickbooks is punishing their legacy customers, instead of rewarding them.&nbsp; I want to be grandfathered into my original plan, it's as simple as that.&nbsp; If and when I need new services (which I won't), then I can come look at upgrading my plan.&nbsp;</P>
