<P>Hello,</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>For almost two weeks now I am being prompted to refresh/renew the connection to my bank account. I have tried following the steps to do this both on my pc and on the mobile app, and it seems to work (i.e. I am certain I am entering the bank details correctly and there is no problem from my bank's end), but then when I am redirected to the Quickbooks page nothing has changed: I am still being prompted to renew my connection. Transactions are coming through but my bank account number is only showing xxxxxx xxxx and then the last four digits of the number.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Additionally, some transactions from over 2 months are showing up as unreviewed, even though I had categorized everything and it was all up to date until about two weeks ago.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I have tried chatting to someone, and they have referred to me to email. On email I keep being reassured that they are aware, but can provide no details about how or when this is being fixed and to hang on tight. I have sense that they have no idea and just keep telling me not to worry.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I cannot call anyone and am starting to become a little frustrated. This was all supposed to make bookkeeping faster, and it's becoming a massive waste of time, if I have to go back and recategorize my transactions etc.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Someone please help?&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P>

<P>Hi,</P><P>I am working on QBO for the first time and I am trying to figure out how to reconcile my imported Bank transactions and Paypal transactions.</P><P>I don't take payment by Paypal but I added the account as I use it to pay for items such as Ebay purchases and hosting.</P><P>On the Paypal bank screen I have my purchases and 2 days later the payment is taken from my bank account.</P><P>What is the best course of action?&nbsp; Add the invoice, then match to Paypal but this leaves the main bank transaction.</P><P>I have not started credit card yet but I assume that will be the same/similar method - I'll leave that for another day :)</P><P>Thank you.</P>

<P>Hi There,</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I need a bit of a steer in the right direction.&nbsp; I sell quite a lot of stuff on eBay and I'm adding a paypal account which shows income received from a sale and then the fee as a separate line.&nbsp; This is fine I can add all the fees to a "Paypal Fees" expense account in Quickbooks.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Trouble is I need to use a CSV file to get older data and in the CSV file it's a pain to separate the fees into separate rows.&nbsp; My question is does it matter if I just import the net income field (sale minus the fee) on the CSV file and don't include the Paypal fee as an expense? Or do I need to show the full gross sale amount as income and then paypal fees as an expense.&nbsp; From an accounting perspective does it matter, considering the net income will be the same?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I hope that makes sense</P>

I was trying to import a load of bills (csv file taken from a huge statement, have all the invoices so no problem there) but all invoices are for different projects which we post to 'Class'. However, there is no column or map to for 'Class' Half-arsed or what??? Like wise QBO does not have a standard Aged Creditors that lists each Supplier and totals for 30 days, 60 days etc in detail. Surely that's a basic accounting necessity??

I then had to phone the supplier and pay over the phone again £262.19 so now the original bill is paid and matched to the banking feed but I am now left with&nbsp;&nbsp;£262.19 showing as spent (the original payment) and £262.19 as received (the refund error) now these two amounts in effect cancel each other out but how do I reconcile them as they are both stuck in the bank feed until I can match them against a Expense / Refund.<BR /><BR />If so how do I do that as I normally deal with credits against bills which are sorted before a payment is made?? <BR /><BR />Regards
