<P>I reviewed the most recent update for QB (Desktop version) and did not see any mention of changes that are cause issues.</P><P>1.) The Update reset alll of the current preferences.</P><P>2. The Update Reset Causes Bill to close automatically after payment has been applied (desktop version). A blank screen is now what is seen. I then have to reopen the bill each time. If changes were applied in the last release was there an option to keep it the way it was? I need the bill open after it was paid. With this option that has been there for years being gone it takes 2 -3 time longer to process everything.&nbsp;</P><P>If there is not an option to return this feature (not in your release notes); please hurry and fix this.</P><P>3. Liabilities: I also ask a couple of months ago for an option to pay liabilities through Quickbooks for the NYS 1 $700 cap. Currently we have to process this outside of Quickbooks and then process it manually inside quickbooks. Are you working on making this feature available?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Thank you!</P><P>Dawn</P>

<P>I have an item in inventory.&nbsp; I will call it a widget.&nbsp; I physically have 1 widget in inventory.&nbsp; Quickbooks says I have 0.&nbsp; No big deal right, just do an inventory adjustment.&nbsp; When I do an inventory adjustment it says there is one on hand even though quantity on hand in the item list says zero.&nbsp; When I run a quick report it says there is 1.&nbsp; I'm confused.&nbsp; Can anyone help me out?</P>

<P>I am using QB Premier US 2019 desktop version.</P><P>Noted one issue regarding the printing of statements. The open balance print out does not tally with the open invoices report.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>For eg. As at 30 June 2019 customer A is owing me $100. A pays me $50 on 1 July 2019.</P><P>On 2 July 2019 when I print the statement as at 30 June 2019, the statement will shows customer A owes me $50 instead of $100. This is because the system generates statement as of current date instead of report date.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Anyway to edit the <STRONG>statement</STRONG> to print <STRONG>as at report date</STRONG>?</P><P>Many thanks in advance</P>

<P>I have a client that formed an LLC 3 years ago.&nbsp;I&nbsp;&nbsp;The permitting/legal process to start construction/renovations took a year to get through.&nbsp;I&nbsp;have to creat a new company and start their quickbooks from scratch.&nbsp; &nbsp;2 things</P><P>1.&nbsp; During this process on of the partners loaned money until a construction loan could be obtained.&nbsp; How should that loan be set up/classified.&nbsp;It has not been paid back..is it member equity?</P><P>2.&nbsp; The building at start in 2016 was worth $200,000 after extensive renovations and construction it is now worth $1.5 million.&nbsp; How would I build this??&nbsp; The construction work was an expense that increase asset value.&nbsp;</P><P>Thank-you in advance for any suggestions</P><P>&nbsp;</P>
