Brad, They have not given me an answer yet. All the suggestion they have provided here are for QuickBooks apps and not the POS app. It has not been helpful. I spent a couple of hours in a chat with a POS tech about a month ago and it is still not fixed. I love the software and ease of use but the GoPayment sync issue is upsetting. I was hoping to be able to take credit cards at a craft fair on Saturday but I guess that isn't happening. I am trying a solution of starting another company and working from there to delete everything and hopefully re-add just the items I need for the fair and not my entire inventory. The issue is with Desktop QuickBooks POS and goPayment mobile app. Inventory that I set up to sync 6 months ago is over writing my current inventory information on both apps. I am even trying to start fresh by deleting everything and the information in the cloud SQL is overwriting anything I try to do now. The issue is with the QuickBooks Point of Sales and the QuickBooks GoPayment POS app. I called about a month ago with this issue because I need it Saturday. The data in the SQL for POS is overwriting both the Desktop inventory information and the Mobile inventory information.
