Brad, They have not given me an answer yet. All the suggestion they have provided here are for QuickBooks apps and not the POS app. It has not been helpful. I spent a couple of hours in a chat with a POS tech about a month ago and it is still not fixed. I love the software and ease of use but the GoPayment sync issue is upsetting. I was hoping to be able to take credit cards at a craft fair on Saturday but I guess that isn't happening. I am trying a solution of starting another company and working from there to delete everything and hopefully re-add just the items I need for the fair and not my entire inventory. If it works, t will be a pain to have two companies running and run reports but at least I will be able to take credit cards and track sales.
