I am glad I am not the only one upset about this. I tried to get an explanation from customer service. Thirty minutes of my life I will never get back. No help. Repeatedly sending the same response which did not answer the question. I really like the one that started "What I can share with you is...". I am reasonably sure that means we refuse to answer your question. Also, have you ever tried to get a real live human on the phone. I am starting to think the company is actually being ran by computers using AI, with no actual employees. I will be looking at other options; worse customer service I have every encountered and price increase after price increase supposedly for improvements I don't need.
