I am a childminder so children have set days and hours with an hourly rate which is fine but if I need to credit back a day or even an hour I'm not sure how I do this. The parents pay upfront for the following month so for example they are due to pay for July shortly but I need to be able to credit back a day I had off in June. It would be easy if there was an Add Credit button on the invoice sheet but I cant find one Please help. Thankyou!!
