There are two actions you may take to produce the ROE.
First, you may need to reactivate the employee and undo all payroll that you've run until the date the employee was active. Or, you may have to recreate the employee's profile.
To verify the best action to take, I'd suggest reaching out to our Online Payroll Support so they can check your account in a secure environment. Just click on the link and select your QuickBooks product. Then, select Payroll for your topic and scroll down the page to get the phone number.
They'll be able to guide you which is the best option to get your ROE corrected using their helpful tools.
