I am providing IT support to a Quickbooks Online user at my company. I am assisting them with installing the Windows app for Quickbooks Online, but it gives an error indicating that "This app has been blocked by your system administrator" after going through the process to begin installation, despite me running the EXE file as a windows administrator. I have attempted to extract the files within the EXE file with the idea that I could manually install the app, and that results in an uninstaller file, and a $PLUGINSDIR. Where should this directory be placed such that we could run the app that way?
