QuickBooks Live Full Service Bookkeeping Pricing & Subscription Information
Tax ready books: QuickBooks Live does not include tax preparation services or assistance with tax preparation, or assurance services. Consult a tax preparer for tax advice related to the preparation of your tax return. QuickBooks Live Cleanup services are from the date of your last business tax return through the end of the calendar month of first sign-up to QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping.
For new QuickBooks Online customers: QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping is available in three different pricing tiers, dependent on your average monthly business expenses. Unless you cancel, you will be charged monthly at the then-current fee based on your business's average monthly expenses from the prior 3 consecutive months. Your business's average monthly expenses and associated subscription pricing may be reassessed, at Intuit's sole discretion. Currently, if your monthly average is $0-25,000 per month, the monthly price for QLive Bookkeeping is $200; if your monthly average is $25,001-150,000, the monthly price for Live Bookkeeping is $400; and if your monthly average is $150,001 or more, the monthly price for Live Bookkeeping is $600.
QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping services include an overview of the main features of QuickBooks Online, customer and vendor setup, assistance with reports and reporting tools, chart of accounts setup, bank connections assistance, expense type classification, categorization, and reconciliation based on information provided by you, historical data import, and ongoing assistance with bookkeeping practices (QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping monthly services). For more information, please refer to the QuickBooks Terms of Service.
For existing QuickBooks Online customers: The first month of service for Cleanup and onboarding is $500. After the first month, unless you cancel, you will be charged monthly at the then-current fee, which is based on your business's average monthly expenses from the prior 3 consecutive months. Your business's average monthly expenses and associated subscription pricing may be reassessed at Intuit's sole discretion. Currently, if your monthly average is $0-25,000 per month, the monthly price for Live Bookkeeping is $200; if your monthly average is $25,001-150,000, the monthly price for Live Bookkeeping is $400; and if your monthly average is $150,001 or more, the monthly price for Live Bookkeeping is $600.
During the first month, cleanup services start from the date of your last business tax return through the end of the calendar month of first sign-up to QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping. The services provided during the first month are based on documents you provide, and include the following: updated bookkeeping; bank and credit card connection; categorization and updating of transactions up to the last tax filing date; reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts with past statements; reconciliation of remaining balance sheet accounts; and a summary report of work completed, balance sheet, and profit loss statement of YTD of cleanup period(s).
During each subsequent month, QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping monthly services will be performed, as described above.
Availability: QuickBooks Online requires a computer with a supported Internet browser (see System Requirements for a list of supported browsers) and an Internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended). QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Setup: QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Setup is a one-time virtual session with a Live Bookkeeper. Available to new QuickBooks Online subscribers who are within their first 60 days of their subscription. The QuickBooks Live Setup services includes providing the customer with instructions on how to set up chart of accounts, customize invoices, setup reminders, and connect bank accounts and credit cards. QuickBooks Live Setup does not include Payroll setup or services. Your bookkeeper will only guide the customer through setup of a QuickBooks Online account. QuickBooks Live Setup is refundable prior to your appointment taking place. Once you complete your Setup appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation policy: There's no contract or commitment. You're free to switch plans or cancel any time.

What’s included in Full-Service Bookkeeping?
Full-Service Bookkeeping includes three phases: setup, ongoing bookkeeping, and month-end close.
- In the setup phase, your bookkeeper teaches you QuickBooks basics and helps connect your banks and establish your chart of accounts.
- As part of ongoing bookkeeping, your bookkeeper regularly categorizes transactions and reconciles accounts to keep your information accurate and up to date.
- At the end of each month, your bookkeeper closes your books and confirms they’re accurate by preparing a trial balance. They then send you PDF copies of key financial reports, including your income statement and balance sheet.
What’s not included in Full-Service Bookkeeping?
Full-Service Bookkeeping doesn’t include sending invoices, paying bills, or management of inventory, accounts receivable, or accounts payable.
