QuickBooks Live Pricing Tiers: QuickBooks Live is available in three different pricing tiers, depending on your company’s average monthly expenses amount over a period of three consecutive months. If your monthly average is $0-25,000 per month, the monthly price for QuickBooks Live is $200. If your monthly average is $25,001-150,000, the monthly price for QuickBooks Live is $400. If your monthly average is $150,001 or more, the monthly price for QuickBooks Live is $600.
QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Usage Limits: Some basic bookkeeping and services may not be included as part of the service and will be determined by your QuickBooks Live Bookkeeper. You'll get help based on the information you provide. QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping is designed to do basic clean-up of your books.
Availability: QuickBooks Online requires a computer with a supported Internet browser (see System Requirements for a list of supported browsers) and an Internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended). The QuickBooks Online mobile app works with iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. Devices sold separately; data plan required. QuickBooks Live Setup: QuickBooks Live Setup does not apply to Payroll. Your bookkeeper will only help setup QuickBooks Online account. QuickBooks Live Setup includes setting up chart of accounts, customizing invoices, setting up reminders, connecting bank accounts and credit cards, and bookkeeping tips.
QuickBooks Live Setup is refundable prior to your appointment taking place. Once you complete your Setup appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund.

What’s included in the QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping service?
A member of your QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping team will walk you through a customized setup via video chat. Your bookkeeping team will maintain, update, fix, reconcile, and categorize transactions in your books throughout the month. At the end of each month, your bookkeepers will review/close your books and deliver reports by phone or video chat.
What’s not included in the service?
QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping does not include payroll setup and/or support. Your bookkeeping team only handles bookkeeping—this service is not a substitute for a CPA or accountant. Your team will prepare your books for tax season, but will not handle your taxes.
How is my team of bookkeepers organized?
Once you select QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping, you’ll be connected with one of our certified bookkeeping teams based in the U.S. You can talk to your primary bookkeeper via one-way video chat.
What qualifications do my bookkeepers have?
