Chef Roy Choi is known as one of the architects of the modern food truck movement. He is a Korean American chef who gained prominence as the creator of the gourmet Korean Mexican taco truck, Kogi. Roy is now the co-owner, co-founder, and chef of several restaurants, including Kogi BBQ, Chego! Best Friend at Park MGM Las Vegas, and Locol.
