This tutorial will explain how to pay your employees using Full Service Payroll.
Go to ``Employees,`` then click ``Run Payroll.``
Enter the employees’ pay details.
This includes the hours they worked or the commission they earned. For salaried employees, QuickBooks automatically calculates the amount of the paycheck.
Review the paycheck information. If everything looks correct, then click Submit.
If you’ve set up direct deposit for your employee’s paychecks, then you’re all done!
If you’re printing checks to give to your employees, you’re now ready to print those checks.
You can also check out your payroll reports.
When you’re done, click Finish Payroll.
After they get paid, your employees can always view their paychecks at https://paychecks.intuit.com/.
