Now you’ll have a dedicated space in QuickBooks where you track and manage customer relationships on the same platform you use to keep tabs on the rest of your business.
Track & manage leads
Put leads at your fingertips: A dedicated Customer Agent (one of the new Intuit AI agents) prioritises leads, helps with follow-ups, and drafts estimates to help you find new opportunities and grow your business.
Easily prioritise your workload: Sort tasks by project, customer, or due date so you can stay organised and know what’s next for any customer.
Track and close deals with confidence: From surfacing leads to closing the deal, you can track status, send and store contracts, and collect e-signatures—for any customer, every step of the way.
Keep projects running smoothly
Manage customer info in one place: A 360-degree view of what’s happening includes notes, contracts, signatures, and feedback, with filters and custom fields that make it easy to find what you’re looking for.

Task management: Create tasks related to customers or leads. Filter and sort by due date to stay organised.
Lead management
Lead management: Your Customer Agent categorises leads deciphering between which are hot, warm, or cold. It can even help you draft your initial interaction and will remind you to follow up, and more depending on where you are in the process.
Work requests: Customers can let you know that they’d like to work with you again in the future. When they do, that info will be automatically turned into a work request within the Leads table. They can also make referrals.
Reputation management
Surveys: The survey tool allows you to easily collect customer feedback, gather reviews, and get referrals.
Referrals: The opportunity to get leads for potential work is built into the feedback process.
Reviews: Customer reviews from completed surveys will automatically be populated in the Review tab so they are ready for you to post on your website or share on social media.
Contracts: Upload and send contracts for fast, secure e-signature.
