  • How do I set up?

    The QuickBooks Payments built with PayPal integration is not yet available in QuickBooks, but you can register your interest here to be the first to know when it is.

  • How much does this cost?

    The new transaction rates will be Major credit cards: 1.45% + £0.30, Amex 3.5% + £0.30, PayPal Wallet 2.9% + £0.30, Cross border: Free within EUR, 2% outside

  • Which credit cards are supported?

    All major credit cards are supported

  • How long does it take to get the money to transfer from PayPal to my bank account?

    Transfer times are based on whether you have set up Instant Transfer or Standard Transfer within your PayPal account. Please check your PayPal account for more information.

  • Does my customer need a PayPal account to pay me?

    No, a PayPal account is optional for your customers, they can also use a credit or debit card to pay.

  • Can I use different payment methods on different invoices?

    Once an invoice is enabled with QuickBooks Payments built with PayPal there will be three methods for your customer to pay: credit card, debit card or PayPal wallet.
