A Year in The Life – Getting Auto-Enrolment ready with QuickBooks

A few months ago, we spoke with The Counselling Foundation, a charity based in Hertfordshire, as they embarked on their journey to automatically enrolling their staff into a workplace pensions scheme. (You can see the video we shot with the foundation here)

The foundation’s finance manager, Nicky McDonald was in charge of ensuring that this happened by October 2015. This included sending out communications to all of the staff and associated members of the organisation, as well as selecting the most appropriate pension schemes available.

We recently caught up with Nicky and The Counselling Foundation’s Head of Marketing, Becci Murtagh, to understand the impact that Auto-Enrolment has had on the charity, and how QuickBooks has helped with the workplace pension transition.

Take a look at our video below to see how they’ve tackled Auto-Enrolment and for more information on workplace pensions and how it affects your business, download our exclusive guide.
